Dollhouse Bidding Overview

From 11/19/24 at 9:00 a.m. to 12/4/24 at 8:00 p.m. all registered participants can bid on dollhouses and set maximum bids. You MUST be registered on Qtego and have a credit card entered to participate.

At approximately 8:15 p.m. 12/4/24 the dollhouses will reopen in a LIVE auction. Only bidders in attendance or who have arranged a proxy bidder with the LPMG committee (see details below) will be able to continue bidding during the LIVE auction.

All remote bidders (those not in attendance), should set a MAX bid in Qtego to give your assigned proxy bidder the limit you are willing to go to during the LIVE auction.

IMPORTANT MOBILE BIDDING & PROXY NOTE: Only mobile bidders who request a member of the LPMG team to be their proxy will be able to keep their bidding going during LIVE Auction. To receive a proxy bidder, please contact Shellyn Shoenthal (sshoenthal@gmail.com or 412-805-7792) no later than noon on 12/4/24. Any requests received after noon on 12/4/24 may be missed as our team will be hard at work setting up the Gala. All remote bidders who have a proxy are anonymous during the LIVE auction. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING OPTIONS: All dollhouses are able to be delivered to winners in the Greater Houston area for an additional $250 fee. Anyone needing their dollhouse shipped outside the Greater Houston area will be connected directly to our shipping company to arrange secure shipping of the dollhouse. All fees associated with shipping will be determined and handled with the shipping company.
